Affinity with rural industries:
I am an experienced mediator, legal practitioner Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and conflict coach. Being involved in the legal fraternity for over twenty years I have worked with many families, and businesses to assist them in resolving their disputes.
As well as working in Sydney I have worked in regional Australia conducting mediations in family disputes. I have an affinity with rural life and with families living on the land, my father owned his farm and I have experienced some of the hardships farmers persevered.
My legal and mediation practice is general, I describe it as a “people” practice, customising my services to best suit the individual needs of my clients.
I serve on numerous panels including the Law Society ADR Committee, Mediators Panel District Court; the NSW Law Society’s Mediators Panel and Family Law Settlement Panel; and Office of the Franchising Code. I am also a coach and facilitator at the College of Law in Mediation and FDRP courses and workshops.
